Today was my first day in the gym ....i vomitted after the workout after feeling dizzy in the first day of my gym

Trademill for 10 minutes then cycling for 10 minutes ....then roller machine for 10 min where you have to pull the belt with force towards u and the 4 sets of 12 push ups but i felt dizzy after the 4th one and i could only do 6 and slept on the floor on my back for some time

I had done gym for two months five to 6 years back but left in between

Btw 20-29 is the best age to start gym as the body muscles are at its peak

Best is to start at 18 and the worst is at 28 cause you when you grow old you won't get time to focus on job and gym plus after 30 your bones start to become weak

But i am 25 so its normal then
 
Gymcelling made it easier for me to sleep at night

Probably. Won't it be too stressful to do both job and gym?
but still its not wrong to do gym after 25 are there restrictions or what that we cant do gym after 25 or 30 lol??

Since most people in the gym where I go people are like 16-22. But there are some exceptions

Yup you are right i was eating too less since two months as to cut my body fat as that time i was not gymcelling so that maybe the reason ....so now i ate too much to increase my calorie content so i can gymcell
 
Dude don't do it.

BULLSHIT. these GAY looks psuedo scientists also seem to prefer long faces and low testosterone because they "make better fathers" LOOOOOL
