irritated smile lines

Every day when I wake up in the morning my smile lines are very irritated I have to wash my face with water so that it becomes "normal" again whereas during the week I did not apply any care, not even a cleansing or moisturizing gel. When I apply my cerave skin care cleansing and moisturizing gel the next day they are still irritated what is this mess. Basically I wake up with the line of my smile line more pronounced and suddenly very oily in this area

I don't have any red patches or itching, just irritation every morning and then it goes away until the next day. thanks anyway
