Irritation/bacteria induced Folliculitis on accutane

I have been on accutane 20mg for the past 11 months (3 months to go until I reach 140mg/kg).
And every time I shave with a Phillips one blade, I get irritation folliculitis around my chin, moustache region and jawline. My skin is paper thin rn and very sensitive. Lowkey don't know what to do without frying my skin off. High IQ skincells, please reply!

I think you might have misdiagnosed yourself. They do not look ingrown. Go see a doctor

Stop close shaving
-switch to 1-3mm trimmer gaurd
-no skin shaving til end of accutane cycle
-if you must clean up, 1 pass only/go with grain

Preshave barrier
-rinse face with hottish water
-thin layer of bland mouisturizer / wait 5-10mins

Clean your razer
-disenfect with 70% alc after every use
-replace head more often
-should go without saying but dont share

After shave
-rinse cold/moisturize
-benzyl peroxide wash can help folliculitis
