Is 0.25 mm dermaroller safe for the under eye area

I want to use my derma roller for the under eye area and want to be sure if i will actually do something good or just scar / damage that area making it worse

You don't need to microneedle there.
You microneedle at greater depths for the collagen response. If you do this at the undereye, you're just going to hurt yourself.
If you microneedle at a shallow depth, you are doing it to increase absorption of particular topical vehicles, you also don't need to do this for the undereye given the epidermis/dermis is already very thin here relative to the rest of your face.
It is redundant.
