Is 1.5 Litres Of Raw Milk A Day Sufficient?

I have a 1.5 litre bottle of milk nearly every day and I'm on Calcium & D3 + K2 from Ostelin, the daily dosage for these pills is 1 pill a day, if i take 2 these are some of the risks/impacts:

  • Calcium: The safe upper limit for adults is generally around 2000–2500 mg/day (depending on age). Two tablets (1200 mg) are still below that, but if you also eat calcium-rich foods, you could approach or exceed the limit. Too much calcium can increase the risk of kidney stones and, over long periods, cardiovascular issues.
  • Vitamin D3: The safe upper limit for adults is usually 4000 IU/day. Two tablets give you 2000 IU, which is considered safe for most people.
  • Vitamin K2: There isn’t a clearly established upper limit, but 360 mcg per day is considered safe for most adults.

If u have access to raw milk u have access to pasteur raised eggs and butter which are best sources of d3 k2

Some good advice for u there is no upper limit for micronutrients the more the better, raw milk is generally really good for the nutrients but u mainly drink it because of the bioavailable growth hormones, if ur growth plates are fused it wont do anything but if not it will skyrocket ur height but it will also make ur bones more dense and sort of grow them. I experienced immense clavicle growth trough drinking 3 liters of raw milk a day for a year. Now i dont drink it that much today because it kinda fucks my skin up a little but not really. I drink a litre a day nowadays. And the nutrients from pills are not bioavailable so dont waste ur money on them please, u are just gonna piss them out just eat real food
