I have a 1.5 litre bottle of milk nearly every day and I'm on Calcium & D3 + K2 from Ostelin, the daily dosage for these pills is 1 pill a day, if i take 2 these are some of the risks/impacts:
should i start taking 2 a day every other day?

- Calcium: The safe upper limit for adults is generally around 2000–2500 mg/day (depending on age). Two tablets (1200 mg) are still below that, but if you also eat calcium-rich foods, you could approach or exceed the limit. Too much calcium can increase the risk of kidney stones and, over long periods, cardiovascular issues.
- Vitamin D3: The safe upper limit for adults is usually 4000 IU/day. Two tablets give you 2000 IU, which is considered safe for most people.
- Vitamin K2: There isn’t a clearly established upper limit, but 360 mcg per day is considered safe for most adults.
