I’m currently eating super strict like 1200calories a day (6 eggs 1lbs beef supps) to get all my micros plus high protein and low fat/semi low carbs. Sometimes it’s closer to 1300 if I have multiple energy drinks or something but that’s not a big deal
On fridays im going into Chick-fil-A and ordering a 60 count catering platter of nuggets as a once a week cheat meal to keep my mind ok and help me stay consistent. Im trying to fiqure out if the physical consequences are hurting me more than it’s worth
I’m still getting more than enough protein obviously but it’s like 2.4k calories (brings my average over the week to 1.4K)
