I go to the gym 6 days a week and i have been eating 1 meal only after gym and shit is this healthy

Optimal is nothing but electrolytes but what you should be asking is what can you do consistently without crashing and binging or rebounding into a shit diet.

i personally have a small breakfast to fuel me for my gym session then a meal immediately after working out then a meal in the evening

examples of each are usually:
oats with milk and fruit (banana) before working out

chicken breast, spinach and eggs after working out

then lean beef mince / tuna for dinner
 
nutrient deficient most likely, make sure ur taking multi vitamins or ur cooked
