I’m 134 rn at 5’9 and don’t even have abs. If I hop on a chicken thigh and vegetable diet I can drop to 120, doing push-ups and pull-ups to not lose muscle. Is that too small for women? I could wear baggy clothes. Main goal is becoming 10-12% BF max
