Is 16 too late to start pinning test for better development during puberty?

Is taking test during puberty useless or not?

At the age of 16 id be able to start making my own money which would allow me to start buying testosterone (I have found reliable suppliers and everything)

BUT..
I don’t know if there is actual positives to taking it during puberty compared to staying natural tho

I know clavs been taking it since 14 but i genuinely don’t know if its something worth using.
