guys, i got an insane growth in a year (15cm)
is this a good sign?
my dad is 185cm, my mom is 175

Definitely. Growth goes a lot different from each person, but it's unlikely you'll be shorter than 6' or even 6'1.

Wouldn't be a surprise if you went more 3 or 4 inches either, but don't quote me on that. Some people barely grow after 16/18 while others slowly grow until they're in their 20s.

If you really wanna grow more, don't you dare taking HGH, it can mess with your face and your own production of hormone. It's not worth the risk for you. Just take some melatonin if you're not sleeping 8 hours at night and hit the gym to increase testosterone (in case you don't know, getting big muscles doesn't stunt your growth at all, as a lot of people believed in the 2000s).
