just fucking gym man, and if you dont get pain in the muscle the next day you failed.
not true. if your a beginner only you may get DOMA. otherwise you won’t feel it really the next day, but muscle will still grow

i used to do this every single day, and protein would just repair the muscle

No idea bhai but probably. I did 4 sets Bulgarian split squats 5 reps, RDL and leg curl, leg extention and 2 sets of calves cause they're genetic

Pullup is my favorite exercise. The fatass powershitter that owns my gym seethes so hard when he sees me do them, because I'm sure he can't do one. He always tells me I will end up making no gains and tear my lat on the pullup bar :lul:

I like doing them with 4 fingers, that way I feel like my back fibers are really working instead of my forearm and Biceps.

Goat exercise

Even one set to failure can produce gains. Look more into mike Mentzer his training method.

I perform just one set to failure and get 10 hours of sleep each night.

Its enough but u should do more
i am beginner do gains should still come fairly fast, but have trained before so those gained i’ve lost should also come fast.

what’s your recommendation assuming i take each set to failure?

how r results
how many exercises? or 1 set to failure per muscle?
The results have been impressive—better than the typical approach. I usually do two exercises per muscle group, but if I'm particularly fatigued, I'll do just one.

how many sets do u do
and do u go to faliure on every set
I don’t work out anymore. But I had great success with pregressive overload and constant tension. Failure isn’t necessary if you have a good mind-muscle connection

What split are you are doing?

per week? if so that’s fine, cos i do 4 sets in a sesh for chest with 2x sesh a week
No I meant per session I do chest, shoulders - back - arms - legs and I used to do 8-10sets per session now I do 12+ most people will say its too much but ive been growing faster
