Is 20 inch bideltoid good for 15 year old?

Do think that 20 inch bideltoid is good for 15 year old? Im around 5'11-6ft tall. Also how much more growth should i expect if i had early puberty, i had my growth spurt when i was 12 years old so my puberty most likely ends soon.

Do you think that i have potential to get 22 inch bideltoid? My dad has very wide shoulders (most likely around 22-23 inches), but my mother has pretty small frame. Also gymcelling will at bit width but no more than 0.5-0.75 inches.
