Is 20% percent of body fat death sentace?

I have 20% body fat and my bone structure is still not visible. I weight 68kg and height 175-174cm. Do people usually have noticeable bone structures at 20% percent of body fat? Or does it always require 10-12-15% body fat percent? My biggest nightmare is that If I reach 10-12% body fat percent... My face still look bloated. My father and mother had pretty great bone structure when they where younger.. Maybe I could have good bonestrucutre under my fat ass face.


My plan was to lose 3-4 KG weight first and after weight of 64-63kg.. I start to bulk.. but Im doing my weight lift only in home.. Do you guys think I can get muscle only with dumbbells? I want little bit of muscle here and there... Not interest on bulky body... I want just lean body with muscles. I usually do 3-4 different sets with 20 rep. 3 day per week. Is 100-120g of protein per day enough for building muscles for my height/Weight ratio?

Im novice when its comes to bodybuilding. I want more knowledge from expert. Its frustrating if Im doing things wrong without result.

Tbh you look normie Wich is nothing special. So yeah pretty much a falio if you can have abs and defined face. 10-15% ideal (depends on fat distribution)

Yes of course I can reach 10% percent body fat with only weight lost..... I would look like thin skeleton.

If you have shit bones it doesn’t matter.

If you have good bones + tall skull you should be fine.

If you have good bones + short skull you need to be lean to look good.

If I can get even little bit of bones structure visible at 12-15% That would be enough.

It is possible that I could have good bone structure because I have decent side jaw and Maxilla.. but shitty body fat storage gene could held front bones back . If I still look like shit after losing 4-5kg.. I will no bother.

Try and get to 12% at least, every looksmaxer should be low bf% regardless

Meh. Im 177-178cm with shoes and that is enough for my height.. If you have shitty body fat storage genes.. You can only get rid of that fat with surgery.

I am like same height as you, and currently 5 kg lower.

I also used to be 58 kg. All of the time my face was bloated. Some people just have shit bone structure, recession and bad fat storage.

I will still try it. This was me when I was like 16-17 years old with weight of 56-58kg.. Much more leaner than my current face.. but still no hollow cheeks.. The Zygos is little bit more visible and my face had at least more square features instead of being big round jaw without any shapes.

Wtf your face isnt fat and not wide your skull is small you dont need to worry you look pretty boy
