Have I already accumulated too much irreparable sun damage at this point? I also currently only do my face but need to start getting my hands and neck which are both exposed areas.

Greycel moment. Ofc its not too late to start using sunscreen. You would have to have the most unfortunate enviroment and subhuman genetics for your collagen to be cucked at 20.

Get on sunscreen asap. Your face shouldnt be that damaged due to photoaging at 20.

How often should I reapply during a day?

I'm 25, too late for me

How often should I reapply during a day?

Once a day should be enough.
It reccomends every 2 hours here but I think that is only needed if your sitting outside allday. Ngl I usually apply it once a day when I am first going outside, I usually dont stay outside for long.

Its also important to cover up as much skin as possible (unless you need females to be mirin your body) and shademaxx to prevent photoaging.

Bro. I looked at photos of me at 17. My collagen was vibrant and glowing. Although it hasn't changed much, there is noticable differences. Ever more course, more dull no matter how much times I wash it. This is a wake up call.
