All I’ll say is, just carry yourself with some confidence and be open to talking to new people. It might sound bluepilled but how well you get along with people is extremely important for how well you’ll feel. You don’t have to be friends with everyone, but you don’t want ti be ostracised either

Obviously your looks matter too, but I’m assuming you’re already improving them.

I’m telling you, it’s 100% down to your mannerisms and self esteem. NPCs are too stupid to point out the exact behaviours you have which showcase your insecurity to the world, but they can still sense it and will take advantage of it by using you as a quick ego boost.

Basically you shouldn’t let your past experiences stop you from being at least able to talk to people decently. You need to learn to not be uptight, but also not be a doormat. If someone tries to violate you, especially in front of people you need to call them on it asap before you condition the people around you to treat you like shit

Yeah agree with all of this was obese/fat + ugly most of my life and still am that affected me alot ppl teased me about my weight, appearance all the time I need to get jacked as soon as possible
