Planning to implement 200g of dextrose powder in 4 cups of milk post workout w/ 1 scoop of whey protein isolate asw

Super high amount of dextrose suppresses igfbp1s and increases free igf-1 -> drive massive insulin spike pwo

Just bought a bulk dextrose powder off nutricost so 20g of dextrose has 16g of sugar (obv cus its basically glucose) -> 200g is a very acute load (160g of sugar pow) and im also on mk (tho managing it well with ala/pico) wondering if this is fine

Why and why not, also please elaborate on responses

You don’t even burn off all your glycogen working out why do you need 200 grams lmao, are you working working for like 3 hours

Just seems unnecessary to me and will probably drive a lot of glycation

You get diminishing returns with such high amounts of carbs since your glycogen won't be super depleted, and your cells simply won't be able to uptake that many carbs in such a short window of time without exogenous insulin.

Also, up your rest time to at least 3 mins on every exercise.

Maybe like 50-70g. Idk how many g of carbs are already in the milk.

Between every set. Yea that is much better for muscle growth than 60 or 45 seconds

You could drop a set off chest pres, lat pulldown, and row. And add hamstring curl, quad extension, and calf raise for some basic leg work.

Muh massive IGF-1 spike
Just go work out bro you don’t need to nuke urself with milk and sugar.

The benefits ur hoping for from muh IGF1 you can get from training neck and chewing hard, along with Alexander technique posture. If u have a malocclusion go get a flat plane mouthguard.

Up it to 500 grams

Well for health its gonna be bad as thats a ton at once but ideal for performance, id say its good

Unnecessarily high unless you you use slin even then probably too high

this is good if you ran gear, otherwise useless just stick between 60-110g more didn’t bring glycogen or pump lol. And your body will not be able to handle insulin as effectively in the longer term you want to be able to put good weight on for as long as possible doing this could prematurely cause insulin resistance issues. And your on mk so you need to watch your bg.

also bananas and honey mog, for pwo carbs gi matters, for me personally any carb like sugar sweets that digest super quickly i feel dead half way through bananas rice cakes oats perform better for me personally
