Is 30% AHA chemical peel safe?

Solution
surgical
Can I use other actives while using this?
Tretenoin or hydroquinone
It is generally advised
not to use hydroquinone and tretinoin on the same night as a 30% AHA peel, as the combination of intense actives causes high risk of severe irritation, over-exfoliation, and skin barrier damage. Instead, stop actives 3-5 days before a peel and wait 2-3 weeks post-peel to resume.

Google
yeah if you don't do it every day and only like once or twice a month

you know you could use those daily and then BHA like once a month but in general I believe if you over do it you will destroy your skin barrier or make it more sensitive, so I suggest using BHA over night(so leaveon for about 8hours once a month) ofc don't do the whole face in one go just in case 8hours is too long(which shouldn't and if you get any reaction it mean your barrier is already damaged)

Is it truly effective for pigmentation and tan removal ?
Or are there other better alternatives

for my case it did work but then I just decided to give those 5eur for tretin instead of BHA(mine was lower concetration than yours) and I just use topical isotretinoin for a year and was A ok, then only did few short cycles of accutane(5eur also OTC where I live) and just sustain results just by using topical whenever I think about it and as a spot treatment

Should I lower my concentration? I think 30% AHA 2%BHA would be overkill
