I have a fairly balanced diet but very little variety (I cover about 75% of my RDA) because I am short of money
However, I very rarely have cheat meals

I have read several topics on Reddit talking about overdosing on Vitamin A.
Considering that I also do a lot of sport, is it really serious?

Because 400g of beef liver really costs nothing

I don't really see the attraction with beef liver, if you eat a decent amount of grass-fed beef mince/cut like 300-400g per day, the nutrition profile would be optimal, imo vitamin A overload risk is not worth it. It also tastes like ass

Nah it doesn’t matter, your body can handle way more than you think
