Is it bad to do
15 sets of Bench
15 Sets of Overheadpress
5 Sets of Dips
5 Sets of Skullcrushers
5 Sets of Push Ups
5 Sets of side raises

This is a good push routine right?

Im extremely uneducated at gymology but shouldnt you do like 3-5 sets and not 15 lol

Do 5x5 on compound lifts and 3x8-12 elsewhere

Far too much volume, un-neccesary at best and likely to result in injury at worst. 15 sets of bench fucking hell mtae thats like an hour of just benching fuck that, try 5 sets bench, 5 sets of OHP, 3 dips, 3 skullcrushers, 3 push ups, 3 raises, honestrly thats still 22 sets which is quite high volume if youre ttaining mutiple times per week

i have only been lifting for 2 weeks bro so idk anything

i thought it was ok because I eat a lot and sleep a lot so muscles repair fast

I mean it mgiht be okay but its defo un neccessary, also dont you just get bored doing such a long workout? Or lose intensity towards the end, if you really have loads of extra spare time to spend in the gym just do an hour of actual lifting then streching/yoga/cardio at other times

nah I like lifting and I have fun doing it. I only lift this much because I have nothing else to do but I will cut down on sets for sure and maybe play video games instead

nah I like lifting and I have fun doing it. I only lift this much because I have nothing else to do but I will cut down on sets for sure and maybe play video games instead
If you do 50 sets everyday i reckon youll get bored of it pretty fast mate and burn out. Take it from a gymcelling veteran youve gotta view this stuff in the long term

You're overtraining the same Muscles.

I do 6 days a week 32 to 36 sets per day, BUT I do 15 sets for the same muscle group at most on the same day

10 is good. 15 is a bit overkill
