Only if you have a large skull/wide face. You need a narrow/average skull to get away with having a 65 mm IPD and still have a 0.46 ESR ratio, and vice versa if you have a large/wide skull, you need a wider IPD.

I have a pretty tall skull, not narrow, 1,9 fwhr, i posted a thread about Heath Ledger asking whats odd about his face, i have a pretty similar skull shape and eyes.
