thanks real niggaThere's no one specific way to eat that'll get you results. People have gotten results on keto, carnivore, eating anything as long as they counted calories, vegan etc.
Personally, I just got down to your weight after about 8 weeks, starting at 180lbs/81kg, I'm around your height. I simply stick to satiating meals (fats and protein) and I find that eating few carbs makes it's easier to avoid snacking or having multiple meals. Which was 100% my biggest issue. It's generally like 6 eggs for breakfast cooked in butter, and that keeps me going for 6 hours, and then my last meal will be a portion of decently fatty meats. Each meal does come with carbs simply because I can't afford the portions of fats and protein I want right now, so I fill the plate with some cheap carbs and vegetables to add volume. I don't count the calories day to day, but I can guage that I'm probably around 1400-1600 a day.
I think it's a misconception that dropping calories "too low" is a problem, the problem is you can't get the fat your body needs, that's really the cause of alot of "low calorie" concerns like out of wack hormone profile. I'll say you should observe your relationship with food and find a diet that works for you. Some people can't do as low carbs as I can, I'm moderately active but not so active that I need quick acting glycogen or else I'm lethargic. Others report issues in cognition with low or zero carb, I haven't noticed any difference.
Resistance training is good to do, and for cardio I only walk. It burns calories without making you hungrier (in my experience) unlike other more intense cardio.
