How about I introduce you to dry fasting….its a theory and it has worked for me.

Dry fasting is without water and without caffeine and of course without food. This would force your hepatic cells to uptake gluconeogenesis through water stored in the adipocytes. This is 3x more efficient than water fasting. Do it in a well air conditioned room where you will have very minimal physical activity.

Only do it once a week max, cause you don’t wanna get kidney uric acid stones stuck in your urethra due to dehydration. Good luck.

If you start it on a Friday night and literally do nothing all of Saturday, you could do it

you likely won’t feel that hungry it’s more about being in the habit of eating that’s hard. I’ve done a 1 week fast before and it only starts to get hard at the end of day 2
