Idk, hormonal disorder can cause the forehead bone to grow too much occasioning frontal blossing. Its different but it shows it can have an impact. If theres one thing i learning searching about stuff is everything is way more complex than it seems, every fucking thing. So im asking if anyone who did the research knows any other possibility

Could be correlated with brain size, east Asian cultures correlate high foreheads with intelligence.
Makes sense in a way when you see a forehead size of Zayn Malik it most certainly reminds of an undeveloped monkey.

And you are right in a sense everything is always more difficult than it seems and especially with facial development, but frontal bone hypertrophy (which imply a disproportionately wide/tall forehead) is actually a congenital facial deformity and what you are describing is acromegaly which obviously doesn't concern most peoples.
Tall forehead on normal people is mostly genetic and predetermined from birth.
Also a clockwise rotated neurocranium (which gives low-set eyebrows) seems to be mostly genetic too.
