Is a bp surgeon necessary for Genio

I am wondering if it really is necessary to get a bp surgeon for something as “simple” as a sliding Genioplasty. Is it for example worth it going to ramieri if I am only getting a Genio and not lefort 13

Depends on what movement you want, obviously "BP surgeons" will perform more aesthetically pleasing movements when compared to the average surgeon.

In the case of a sliding genioplasty I don't think you'd need a special surgeon, atleast if you don't have any special desires.
