I think it could be due to weak bones underneath the nose? not enough support? none of my family members have a bulbous nose + tip. I had many teeth removed at age 14 and who knows what else caused my nose to be like this.

almost all phenotypes have relatively symmetrical dorsal width development on average so if it's bulbous in the middle it's a deformity, but in the tip it's just your ancestry.

blackheads on my nose, had them since i was a teenager. They produce a lot of oil and the more i wash, the more oil is produced and the faster they come back. Neverending cycle.

There's several pictures before after of people using accutane where their nose really shrinked and became smaller because the oil wasn't produced and it cleared their blackheads and all the other bullshit

I don't think Accutane actually shrinks your nose, it thins your skin so your bulbous tip/nose is slightly less bulbous because the skin has gotten thinner and then it goes back to normal once you stop using Accutane. Accutane is also linked to hair loss and other side-effects so it's not really worth exploring once you take into consideration risk/reward. Anyways the shape of my nose is absolute trash, it's really long, hooked and bulbous tip and wide, i doubt blackheads alone caused such damage.

kek that's not happening. waiting list for derms through NHS is long AND zero chance i get a referral. I have massive hemorrhoids and barely got a referral after weeks of trying, no way they will refer me to a derm for blackheads haha.

I don't drink alcohol so can't be that. Salt could be an issue since i've eaten fast food primarily for the past decade but if i recall my nose was bulbous/hooked even a little before then. Collagen - i'm not sure, i don't look that old because no stress but bad diet probably has fucked me over in numerous ways.
My personal guess would be something to do with improper oral and cranial posture alongside allergies and i'll tell you why.
Firstly, i've never had great posture even when i was a young teenager but since my mid to late teens until my late 20s now, i've sat in front of a computer with terrible head and body posture. Not only that but i seem to have developed some kind of chronic rhinitus type of allergy when i was 14-15 and have had basically a chronic runny nose ever since that age. I don't mouth breathe as far as i know but i guess there's room for improvement when it comes to tongue posture etc. Not entirely sure what you mean by lack of exposure to pathogens and i don't smoke either.
I'm 5'8 and i've hovered between 155-165 (skinny-fat pot belly) for the last 7 years and before that i was skinny my entire childhood.
What things would you recommend i attempt in the off chance that i can somewhat fix myself. I know it's not likely because my nose is bulbous and fucked in more ways than one and there's no real reversing that besides surgery.

It could be excess cartilage, that's definitely a possibility but why is there an excess amount of it in the tip? that's the question.

Do u say that by intuition or u read, listen in some place? I cant find any article talking about environmental changes in the nose. I cant see how smoking or lack of tongue posture would make the nose bulbous. Loos of colagen also dont seem to be a cause since theres plenty of old people with refined nose tip

from what i know there isnt fat in the nose, its cartillage, nostril skin, nasal bone, and fibrofatty tissue (Only exist on the alar base, not in the tip.

. Cartilage deformation probably can result but vast majority of cases deff are not that. I also cant see how maxillary cwr and recession could cause a bulbous nose.

So fucking weird I have a pig nose tip when everyone in my family has a straight non-bulbous nose tip. Used to pick my nose a lot as a kid, maybe that’s why?
