Eyebrows > shape > eye color > eyelashes imo (but they're all super important ofc)
Long eyelashes have much more benefit when you have light eyes.
I have really long, black eyelashes but with T50s they're barely visible unless up close.

If it's A10, or anything like light blue or light green, then I'd say that.
Otherwise, eyelashes for sure
