Is a palate expander guaranteed to make someone more attractive?

I'm 15 years old and I have a pretty small mouth with crowded teeth. I was supposed to get braces year ago but my mom is a massive procrastinator so I still don't have any. I will probably need a palate expander for a genuine reason besides just looks but ofcourse I do want the benefit looks-wise aswell. I also have a pretty good bone structure imo ( though I am not a "looksmaxxer" so your opinions may differ).
So is it guaranteed to make me look better or no ( In general)?

I think women look for a balance due to evolutionarily low t men are useless for protection and high t men are super strong but very promiscuous and un nurturing for a baby

It can exaggerate existing assymetry and it also is highly determinant by your provider. Also your age and your overall sutures and how high bone density you have. Sometimes it does no aesthetic different apart from less buccal corridors, sometimes looksmin and sometimes its good. It's a gamble in other words to some degree, even though you can control it kinda a good with how you turn the device( expansion)

As a child/teenager braces will get you recessed because most orthodontists will pull teeth out or force elastics and you can't stay in your natural bite position because otherwise
„boohoo your brackets will fall out"

You can only eat soft food so hard chewing will not work

Thank you for this information. I should have expected something like this with most things in life being a gamble to some degree and something as easy as looks to lose should ofcourse have some gambling other than just cosmetic surgeries.
I might just wait till im about 18 or so once I'm leaner and am more developed. What do you think?

Get braces tell your orthodontist that you want to keep all your teeth no matter what and palate expander you dont have to but I wouldn't expand more than 15mm maybe you can keep your wisdom teeth later as you have more space due to MSE

Get braces now from the orthodontist and don't let anyone tell you to have your teeth extracted!

MSE can be done later but MSE will not be paid by health insurance after 18, unless you have sleep apnea or breathing problems shit like that
