You have to go down the rabbithole of rhinoplasty and find a good surgeon. Not from LA but I would suggest turkey (planning mine there too).

You have to be extra careful and find good surgeons but they are way better. If not, join hella fb groups and look for honest reviews about surgeons, half of them will botch people and gaslight them into telling them there’s no issues, whilst hiding their rests and only showing their bests. They usually will have 0 accountability. Good luck man go for it

Most under rated advice my moms got a nose job and her doc was off a perk and botched her and killed himself and his wife 3 months later even though he had good reviews

I found a doctor in turkey with a million before and afters. He’s supposedly the best nose surgeon in turkey. His name is Dr. muhammet dilber and the procedure will cost around $9k. I think I could scrape that together by spring time.
