I have a deviated septum making one side of my nose look bigger than the . I’m trying to have the most natural transformations.

is hard maxx the fake natty now? :feelshaha:

No, its not a hardmax as it doesnt change appearance. It very subly makes the nose a little bit straighter, but it is barely noticeable. Of course this depends on the level of severity, but almost no one has a deviated septum so big it makes the appearance of the nose very crooked. Go for a septorhinoplasty if you want to straighten cartillage and change apperance in one go

I agree. Most hardmaxxing that undoes recession.
Even extreme ones such as overbite. Doesnt have to be hardmaxx
