No, but I don't think many do that except Raffaini and maybe some Turkish surgeons.

That was my answer to "would that be an issue for a surgery"
- I don't think it is, but like I've said, there aren't many surgeons who'll do that. Just ask your surgeon, if he's not specialized on craniofacial surgery only, maybe he can do a rhino during bimax, I wouldn't count on it though.
