Yes, but if you have hollow cheeks already, widening your palate doesn't mean you'll lose them. You'll still have hollow cheeks given you're the same bodyweight

hmm idk though the area where i get hollow cheeks aligns right next to my palate it seems like i would lose hollowing with a wider palate
