is a trimax worth it if you're only vertically recessed? (PLAN INSIDE, SFSCELS GTFIH)

I created a plan with a local maxillofacial surgeon, what do you guys think? From the outset, I'm not actually recessed - but my lower third is quite short compared to the rest of my face and I have pretty poor upper teeth show when smiling/talking, typical sfs symptoms.

Current

This is my current jaw. As you can see, I have a very flat occlusal plane and slight class 3. This is also causing some bimaxillary protrusion.

After

Around 6mm of downgraft and 10 degrees of CW rotation.

Bonus

Current vs post bimax mandible. As previously mentioned, not much advancement but a decent amount of vertical height and width.

do you guys think its worth the pain and suffering and monetary cost for this?

no, a genioplasty is gonna carry 95% of the aesthetic changes lol

but if you actually have sfs then prime candidate would have to see a pic
