Is a year long enough to destroy your looks?

I LDAR hard during the pandemic due to lockdown restrictions. Before I was very lean in the face, ripped, nice complexion. Now due to stress, anxiety, shit diet (lots of sodium and sugar), lack of excercise, poor hygiene, jerking off, etc.. I have red blotchy skin, and my face looks like it’s really aged hard. Bags and dark circles under my eyes, shit complexion, my face has gotten puffy, my eyes look dark and dull. Please don’t hate on me. I’m just wondering if there’s any hope to return to my youthful looks. I’m 23

3-6 months unironically. Destroying something is far far far easier than building something, you can destroy your entire looks in seconds, but rebuilding them will take months.

Take the analogy of going down stairs vs going up: you go down extremely fast, but going back up takes a considerable amount of effort in comparison to going down.

You can gain weight pretty fast and being high body-fat is unattractive, so yeah, 1 year is enough, and as many said here, a few months are already enough.

But is it reversible?

Losing weight, yes, obviously.

Other things are harder, like fixing your skin. But they're doable, and you have to have an anti-aging routine for your skin (sunscreen, Retin-A) at some point anyway. Might as well start now.

A few bad nights of sleep and a week of shit diet is all you need, friend.

You'll be fine. Rotting like that isn't enough to have any permanen effects. It's nothing you can't get back.

Maybe you're just ageing normally?

Im permanently fucked
It’s a wrap
Rope tonight

You can always rope, but you can also...
Now hear me out here...

Work out to get bodyfat down, drink only water to slim out your face and to cleanse your organism from all the shit you`ve been consuming, and melatoninmaxx for good health and looks overall.

your looks aren't ruined from a few months of ldaring

if you weren't smoking or doing drugs and all that unhealthy shit your fine

drink water everyday, stop jacking of so much, go get some creams for your skin and your back to normal

your overthinking this nearly everyone was ldaring for almost a year because of lockdown

I can’t tell if the redness is actually just me being too pale

How long will this take to fix?

Can a skincare expert look at my pics?

I got a cavity for the first time because I had stopped brushing my teeth during lockdown.

I look like shit

If it makes you feel better I went through something like this for about a year and returned back to normal after cleaning my diet and losing weight.

no point in stressing over it, do the things you need to do and find out if the damage is permanent for yourself
