Not sustainable. Not to mention, they’re not a cheatcode, they come with their side effects. Best believe there’s already quite a lot of people using them but they use them inefficiently, and you build up tolerance.

Nicotine is the only one I’ve tried. I didn’t start using it repeatedly. I want to avoid getting addicted to it.

And caffeine. But virtually everyone’s drank that.

Nicotine from what? If it’s from vaping I would advise against it. Especially the flavourful ones. There is no long term evidence on vaping and the affect on artificial flavours being heated up in your lungs via the vapour has all sort of toxic trace metals that would seriously affect your lungs. You risk your health using nicotine via vaping long term. The only thing it will age is your lungs.

Caffeine I mean it’s safe enough for regular use tbh, you just risk developing a tolerance for it and it not being effective anymore. Just don’t go over 400mg as you run the risk of overdosing on caffeine which can send you to the hospital. I can’t see your body aging from regular safe and regulated caffeine consumption, the only negative is that you’ll build a tolerance for it.

You can also use amphetamines such as Aderall.
