none of these are shown to ever cause facial changes
sclerostin inhibition is only able to cause facial changes when it occurred since birth
using experimental compounds for cortical thickness is a bit silly tbh

what im saying is that for facial changes from sclerostin inhibition to occur its literally from birth, and even then they just look like aliens
filler/implant will always be a better and safer investment

Yea, I do not know enough about romozozumab to really debate about it. I do think long term use of pth or pthr have many benefits for height, frame and bonemass.

I dont know if i am just dumb but terriparatide would be better if bone remodeling cause it doesnt blunt your osteoclasts which is needed for bone remodelling. What do you think about that and do you still think i should only us abalo. I can get both quite easy.

What did bonesrr use then? Most likely it CUZ there’s a very important clue after he got his failure in body organs he lost lots of the mass, which is extremely typical after cutting romo or abalo or whatever and not taking a bone preservative

His zygomatic increase is definitely not a filler it’s to much to be filler
Also if it was filler how can it give organ failure

you dont need to worry about blunted bone remodelling if you're using an ai
bone resorption is already sped up, theres nothing wrong with slowing it down, and longitudinal growth occurs through chondrocytes anyways

the organ failure doesnt necessarily need to be caused by romosozumab
and theres not really a limit to how much filler you can use if you do it right, just look at cheat_win and tigermogger
