I've allways had a kinda tall neck, as far as width tho its averge. Is this attractive or unattractive?

You need to lace it with muscle and make it wide asf.

A muscular "kinda tall neck" is ideal.

Short stub necks look bad 90% of the timr tbh

Its irrelevant unless its thick (masculine neck) or thin (feminine neck) everyone should be training neck imo.
