Is accutane for a smaller nose worth it?

So I got isotretinoin at home (don’t ask why) and don’t use it but you guys told me I should shrink down my nose.

What would happen if I take accutane with clear skin and will it even help with even better skin or even shrink down the nose or give me acne even cause of the purging

accutane would just reduce inflammation giving a slimmer look, same as hydrocortisone, no? if you hop off accutane wouldn't that shit just come back expeditiously?
