is accutane nose permanent?

my big ahh nose is a huge failo. i started accutane a few weeks ago and plan on taking it for the next 7 months. are the results is has on nose shrinkage permanent?

i know people have asked this before, but no one gives clear answers

i don't think so, even though I haven't tested myself.

What accutane does is it blocks the production of sebum by the sebaceous glands, but once you stop using it, it goes to baseline sebum production again.

But once again, I'm not 100% certain abt this topic, there might be some anecdotal evidence that proves otherwise.
