Is accutane the only way to get rid of acne?

Im 25, and I still get a puss filled pimples from time to time and red pimples that leave red marks that last like 2 months. I am doing skin care since one year. Daily face wash with cerave antiblemish, moisturizing and retinol. I feel like the skin care doesn't help at all. Why the fk Im still getting these pimples at that age?

Products don’t mean shit tbh it’s just chemicals. If you’re getting acne at 25, low dose accutane might be the case.

I’m 20 and my acne wasn’t leaving after trying everything with my doc and I’m doing low dose accutane now. I’m just 10 days in but my skin is already drying up so I’m hoping I’ll be acne free in 2 months

Not only is it clearing my acne, it is ascending my skin in every way.

Taking antibiotics and seeing changes from that will tell you if it's an issue with internal bacteria rather than certain foods/external factors that might 'trigger' acne. Minocycline worked for me but got lazy and never re-upped prescription. Rn I'm experimenting but if antibiotics don't work, I will likely bulk order Accutane from chinese wholesale site. Personally I am considering Accutane as a last resort, because I know synthetic vitamins that are not chemically identical to natural forms can sometimes be detrimental to how our body functions. That's why vegans look all messed up and ill, cause even synthetic B12 pills can't replace the real thing.
