Is accutane worth it at 16

I have pretty bad skin(acne scars and just acne) I've been using tret inconsistently for about 4 months no significant results (maybe bcs I'm inconsistent) plus I heard it makes ur nose smaller but idk anything about accutane other than that it should always be the last option. Anyone have any advice on what I should do?
