It depends if youre goodlooking, Most guys peak at 25 then just deteriorate from there so if you look 19 now you'll still look good when youre 30, but if you just look like a big headed baby then yes its a falio.

You're lucky. You could date attractive women for a lot longer if you age gracefully. I think most men can pull this off with self-care, but not if you have certain failos (bald, fat, etc)
