Im talking about if a guy dates a 22 yr old and he’s 20

Also is a girl a lot diffeeemt from 22 than she was at 20 I know people for the most part don’t change but maybe she’s less naive at 22?

That's just a college senior dating a junior. Happens all the time. There may be a bit of a maturity gap, but it isn't very substantial and certainly not as graven in stone these days.
