I judge people alot idk if its wrong or right,but i can throught them and have a idea how they feel,and when i see someone happy i get triggered,i feel like noone should be happy unless he is the perfect and best version of himself in everything jfl.Also im a bit selfish jfl,i truly only care about myself.

You need to fake the act of being emphatic. People are egoistic by nature but you can't build social relationships if you don't give 2 much of a fuck. You need to fake it and not make it. None wants to be emphatic
