Is apathy a death sentence?

I don’t care about anything to the point where I don’t care to fake interest in things which annoys all people around me. I’m only 21 years old but I feel like I’ve completed all the main quests in life and now I only have side quests left that I don’t care about.

Don’t confuse this with depression.
