Is aqualyx for buccal fat looksmin for prettyboys?

I am 20 and often get told I look younger than I am, I have also been called a prettyboy a couple of times so I know thats my appeal and archetype and im tryna max it. I was wondering tho will getting my buccal fat dissolved looksmin me? I have a wide jaw strong masseters and avg zygos I don't want a gay alien look tho or try forcing a masc look when clearly my appeal is prettyboy

because you naturally lose buccal fat with age, meaning that if you remove it fully in your youth, you'll look gaunt and unhealthy in adulthood (theoretically).

Although I don’t believe this applies to aqualyx like op is planning on, but rather the buccal fat removal surgery, aqualyx shouldn’t make so profound a difference to create severe hollowing

light buccal fat removal is still ideal if in desperate need though am i wrong?

not saying that it is mandatory for everyone that feels bloated,
but removing excess fat without taking away too much sounds like a good deal.

It definitely can be worthwhile, and you can always get fat grafting in the cheek region once you age if you start to look gaunt, although most of the time i'd say recessed zygos/mandible are the cause of a puffy fat face, better to address those issues first and the buccal fat region will sort itself out and create a better result as opposed to just fat removal.

implants have high risk of infections and even then adding them won't change the fat placement.

i would say it is much safer and natural to remove fat rather than try to replace it correctly with anything else.

I prefer semi permanent fillers to implants, and they absolutely do visually alter the appearance of your facial fat without directly removing it

To age well you need two things


Good bones


Good fatpads



If your fatpads are fucked up when you're old you will look like a zombie



Buccal fat removal when you're young is good because your skin is healthy, but when you're old it sags and your bones aren't enough to hold it anymore
