Since an average man is capable of stabilizing his feel-good hormones by receiving frequent stimuli from his senses while incels are not, is the final cope for us to just abstain from external pleasures and cope with spirituality?

Yes but looking biologically it makes no sense abstaining from reproducing and enjoying world's pleasures. No sane person would do that

yeah, but reproducing is not a necessary anymore, we are conscious, we can choose the way we live, neither ways are wrong or rigth.
but yeah i agree, no one sane would choose for that path
