Is ashwagandha actually dangerous?

I told someone I’m using ashwagandha and they showed me this. I’m only taking about 13mg daily. Should I stop taking it or stop being a pussy?

probably rare they might have some other issues

i dont feel anything on ashwaganda im taking 7200mg oh shit thats alot compared to yours 13mg
