Is ashwagandha cope?

I’m 15 years old and im debating if I should take ashwagandha cause I heard theories that it reduces stress + could boost your test.

I don’t see why it would be cope. It’s not like it’s a substance formulated in a lab. When I see people calling it Cope, I just think they’re saying that because it doesn’t give you crazy bones or make you ripped. This may be a low IQ post, just my personal opinion.

I tried ashwagandha and L-theanine both at the same time for stress and it did nothing. I only tried it for a few weeks though. If you do it consistently for months then you would probably feel a slight change. If your life is that stressful then go for it or just ask your doctor for a real drug

I use it and I definetly feel more relaxed 24/7, its probably placebo but if it still reduces stress its a win in my book

im taking this shit for 2 weeks no difference noticed and probably wouldnt notice in the future as every supplement i ever have taken

Ashgwaganda only works by lowering cortisol and cortisol stunts testosterone. If u arent constantly stressed then ashwaganda is cope
