Ait appreciate it thenI don’t see why it would be cope. It’s not like it’s a substance formulated in a lab. When I see people calling it Cope, I just think they’re saying that because it doesn’t give you crazy bones or make you ripped. This may be a low IQ post, just my personal opinion.
I tried ashwagandha and L-theanine both at the same time for stress and it did nothing. I only tried it for a few weeks though. If you do it consistently for months then you would probably feel a slight change.
