Many people have been suggesting using this supplement in order to increase testosterone. Who has had experience with it, did it really help with inhibition, strength and sexual desire or increased T levels on bloodwork? If yes, how much of it should be taken for results and does it cause any suppression?

It helps with anxiety and sleep. In the first days my dreams were so vivid and real that I'd wake up from them.
Studies show that it also helps with testosterone, but I don't think the changes will be magical.
Just try it out. It's a great supplement

600mg helped increased my overhead press from 85lbs to 105lbs without training @ 135lb bodyweight
currently on 1.5g. like someone else said, you'll get crazy vivid dreams
i'm not sure about inhibition/anxiety tho

if you take the root powder, you need to take at least 5 grams for noticeable benefit from my research

or equivalent of 1 tsp

Nah it's not only for looks, also for better mood and all those high t advantages

better erections
less anxiety
at least for me
make sure to cycle on and off because for me effects dwindled after a month

I was thinking about doing a heaping teaspoon of the root powder form every day so maybe around 5-6 grams but I don’t necessarily know for sure

Never began if your parents weren’t bottle feeding you ashwaganda

Yes. I stopped because apparently you want to cycle ashwaganda because something can occur, I forget what exactly. Saw it in a moreplatesmoredates vid lmao

Tbh I’m in India atm and the root powder here is fucking bomb. Its like a T injection. If you take too muchh you’ll have instant T symptoms like acne and restlessness. Also pumps better on ashwa (as opposed to no ashwa- in the beginning its juts like you’re pumped from just flexing even - not reaching, being frank) as well as higher aggression. On ksm tho, I felt more like the “keto high” tbh and better sleep fr but can’t compare because i wasn’t working out then.

I'm on 750mg daily combined with a lot of D3, Zinc and Magnesium. I also lift weights everyday, have cut all foods containing sugar and am currently on nofap day 8. Tbh I'm so horny all the time that I barely function
