Is back sleeping cope?

I’ve been trying to sleep on my back for a while now and ive had success like i managed to fall asleep and i didn’t wake up on my side. Im doing this because i heard it helps with symmetry and makes the face less puffy in the morning. It’s been kinda painful tho to force myself to fall asleep when im not in a position im comfortable in and when i wake up i feel pain for some reason and want to go back to side sleeping even tho i slept on my back for the whole night. Are there any side effects of sleeping on your back like jaw drooping, mouth breathing or anything like that (i havent noticed any of those but just to make sure) and should i go back to side sleeping if i feel pain when i wake up?

Sleeping on your back doesn't reverse the symmetry you already have but might prevent more

it doesnt fucking matter if you slept upside down like a bat or curled up touching off with your own dick it wont make a difference at all

Nigga why would it fucking cause assymetry, putting weight on a bone doesnt cause it to get smaller

Im not saying the bone shifts or gets smaller, im talking about the face fat that gets pressed against the pillow when you side sleep and it looks asymmetrical and i wanna know if back sleeping can help because i wake up hella bloated when i wake up thats the only reason im trying it

Back sleeping isn’t cope but it’s not gonna reverse the assymetries you already have. All it will do is maybe make you look a little less puffy and prevent further assymetry

Dr. Mew said the ideal position to sleep in is your side with support under your head, it supports nasal breathing, allowing proper tongue posture. This is harder to do while sleeping on your back.
I'd say if you have a right heavy face, sleep on your left side, and vice versa. Better sleep, better mewing and idk how much sleep posture affects facial asymmetry but best case scenario you fix it, worst case, it stays the same.

if ur haveing bad sleep and shi its not worth the supposed upside like the main reason for why back sleeping is actully better is just for the spine like i doubt it does much for the face other than causing less breakouts

Probably because you‘re not used to it. But if it doesn’t get better you should stop
